Terms of Service

The service

Not Tomorrow is a personal productivity app for tracking habits, tasks, projects, journal entries, and focus sessions. We offer a free tier and a paid Premium tier.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email address.
• You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One person per account. Don’t share accounts.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Not Tomorrow.

Free and Premium plans

Free includes limited habits, tasks, projects, and 30 days of journal history. See the app for current limits.

Premium ($10/month or $100/year) unlocks unlimited tracking and full history. Prices may change — we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase affects your existing subscription.

Billing and cancellation

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s Terms of Service.

• Recurring billing. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually). You authorize recurring charges when you subscribe.
• Cancel anytime. Use the customer portal in Settings. You keep Premium access until the end of your current paid period.
• Refunds. If you’re unhappy within the first 14 days of a new subscription or renewal, email andreasjackson805@gmail.com and we’ll issue a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds — but you can always cancel to stop future charges.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, we’ll attempt to retry per Lemon Squeezy’s process. If it keeps failing, your account may be downgraded to the free tier.

Your data

• You own your data. Your habits, projects, journal entries, and everything else you put into Not Tomorrow belongs to you.
• We can use it to run the service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data back to you — nothing more.

AI features

The AI project generation feature sends your goal description to a third-party language model (via OpenRouter) to create a project plan. The generated plan is a starting point — review and edit it before relying on it.

• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation.
• We don’t guarantee the quality, accuracy, or fitness of AI-generated plans.
• Don’t submit sensitive personal information, passwords, or confidential business data as AI prompts.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Not Tomorrow to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Abuse, harass, or harm others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access the service without permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Availability and changes

• We aim for high uptime but don’t guarantee it. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
• We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. If we make changes that materially reduce paid functionality, we’ll give reasonable notice.
• We may discontinue the service with at least 60 days’ notice. If we do, we’ll provide a way to export your data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Not Tomorrow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data, lost profits, or business interruption.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.

This doesn’t affect any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived by contract.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of California, United States.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
